This is a hand-painted original artwork completed with watercolor media on archival watercolor paper. An ideal housewarming gift for those selling their home or buying their first home!

Please make sure to send me a photo of your home. You may send me several photos of your home, and I can choose the best one. It typically takes 2 weeks from the time I receive your photo for completion. I am able to create rush orders (under 1 week) for an extra fee. Please contact me if your deadline is under 1 week before ordering.

Return/Refund Policy: There are no returns or refunds on custom artwork. If there is an error I will do my best to fix it.
